Ok I know I am making progress because we had a party at my preschool and I wanted Oreos sooooo bad and chewed gum instead and felt perfectly fine. Even though I could literally taste it I resisted! Yaye me!!!

I too have to fight the sweet tooth craving but chewing gum really does work. I also hear eating a teaspoon of ground cinnamon cuts the cravings as well. I don't know if you're a fan of almond butter and jelly but try this together on a slice of wheat toasted bread..delicious!! God bless your endeavors.
