Morning exercise
Body rock: Sandy Beach Bum Workout 25 min
Bike: 15 min, 7 resistance, 3.6 miles, 13-15mph
Yoga: 20 min

Had a good workout this morning! Hope everyone has a great weekend.
Toe still hurts but not as bad.
