Diario de Carmel8sons, 11 feb. 10

Today was bad for me, needed salt for some reason, so had crackers and peanut butter. but not as much as I would have had before. I'm being so good with walking and extra moving around but when I come home from college I'm so tired. Not a bad tired but after eating the dry crackers and peanut butter I was so sluggish but its now 9.37 so I wont be eating anymore tonight.

I know some of the reason I'm tired when I come home is I'm not eating enough when at college. I've mid-term next week so I'm going to get my food more organized, and buy a few proper lunch boxes.

But I'm not putting myself down to much. I treated David my grandson to McDonald and I had their €1 side salad, and I enjoyed it.

I did not really overeat today. I had a small banana, for breakfast, apple when I got to college, orange at 10, pear at 11, 6 dry crackers at lunch, dinner was a mackerel steamed with ginger, a 2 egg white omelet and 100gr of noodles, then I had pack of dry cracker and peanut butter and my biggest sin glass of wine,

Your "biggest sin", glass of wine. Mine, too! I've been able to avoid almost all empty calories, but you'll see on my journal that I don't go many days without a glass of wine. Deep, full-bodied red to ward off the chill of winter. (That sounds awfully good right now. It's 11 a.m. here, but it must be 5 p.m. somewhere... right?)
