Morning exercise
Body rock workout
Rowing machine: 15 min
Weights: 15 min

So last night after Joe and I put the boys down for bed we were coming downstairs and he was asking if I was going to make him an apple pie and I said no I was going to go change and workout first. No sooner did I finish that statement when I completly forgot about the last step and went straight down to the ground. Landed on my knees and bent my right big toe back all the way.
At first it did not seem so bad but after a few minutes it was swollen and throbbing in pain.
I did not get my workout done, thought it best to let it rest. I did not break it just sprained it I guess but man that hurt!
Today I did yesterdays body rock ( modified to my toe ) and I was going to do the other but looked aat it and it does not look like it would be good for my toe.
So I will take it a little easy today and stick with the one and my rower and weights. Hope it feels better soon I do not want to skip this body rock challenge for long.

You poor thing!! :( Hope you feel better and good idea to rest a day! I did that with my hamstring. I could feel that it was not doing well. So I decided to still workout but do things less aggravating for it. So I think its a good idea for you to rest. And funny...my hubby's name is Joe too!! :) Oh and I'm not doing BodyRock today! Its my day off and I'm taking it! I will continue with it this weekend.
