You poor thing!! :( Hope you feel better and good idea to rest a day! I did that with my hamstring. I could feel that it was not doing well. So I decided to still workout but do things less aggravating for it. So I think its a good idea for you to rest.
And funny...my hubby's name is Joe too!! :)
Oh and I'm not doing BodyRock today! Its my day off and I'm taking it! I will continue with it this weekend.
