Diario de Mebird, 10 feb. 12

Well I am still feeling great about this lifestyle change. I am trying to stay on top of food and stay aware with the calorie counter it really helps. Also the exercising is still good, it is just like anything else. Some days I can go like the enrgizer bunny and some days I have to talk my way through but I still do it and that is the important part. Got few new workouts downloaded and ready to go. Today is my off day and I am going to enjoy!
