The day after Thanksgiving! Wow! I ate a lot of foods! No regrets though. I weighed 187 on Thursday morning. I didn't have time to record it on yesterday. I will weigh tonight and record it for all to see. I wore my size 13 juniors on yesterday. I felt so good in those jeans. I will also post a picture of myself in those jeans for a reminder. I can look at that picture and remember how great I felt and that will keep me motivated to work harder. My family and friends also noticed the weight loss and that's always great. I hope everybody's Thanksgiving was as beautiful as mine. Good Luck guys on your diets! Happy shopping!!!
