Morning exercise
Yoga: 55 min

I had to get out this morning but I was able to get up and do almost an hour of yoga before I did.
I still have some working out to do today but I will get it in tonight

Tonights workout
Body rock tighten it up workout
Bike: 15 min, 15-16 mph, 7 resistance
