day 2 was good - did have a little cheat - had a ginger cookie. but other than that i was ok. i just need to get some sleep and exercise now. will start with both tonight.

day 3 going really well so far. although i am starving and lunch is only in 1½ hours time. i shall just drink loads of fluids.

eat your apple or orange in between your meals. Make sure you are taking your fiber tabs, that will fill you up too

I did to, when I first started. It does make a big difference. I take a couple of extra psyllium or fiber tabs about 10am and 2 again before dinner with lots of water if I am feeling hungry You will feel like you just stuffed yourself before your meal
