I am still figuring out this website, but what I see so far I really like. I wish there was a help button, because I do have questions regarding how to do certain things! But for now I am just winging it!
This morning my scales said I had lost 10.6 pounds I just stood there in total surprise! It has taken me 37 days, and I have basically cut lowered my carbs, booze, and started exercise on a regular basis. I think those 3 things are the biggest impact on why I have lost this weight.
