Had a good day yesterday. I was under my calorie goat, but met my macros. Didn't go hungry. I think I need to change my calorie goals.. 1800 seems high. Ran a little over 5 miles and felt great, but my right hamstring started giving me problems in the early afternoon. A little Tiger balm and a couple advil and it quit hurting. I am real stiff tho. I can barely even begin to touch my toes. I'll take it easy running, but still hope to get my steps in.
