Slept in today as it was a saturday.
Took the bicycle 8km to dinner at my grannys house. Ate some. Had some coffee. Biked back.
Went to a friends. Then biked back, went to the gym. Trained my abs, back and chest muscles for est. 1hr. Then did 30min cardio walking.
