Diario de Maureeeen, 06 feb. 12

What a good day! Took my blood pressure this morning and it is way way down. I'm guessing because my caffeine intake is way way down, too. Yay! I think I will cancel Wednesday's doctor appointment if this keeps up. Looking at my log sheet and the lower numbers just makes me want to continue. Makes it all worthwhile.

Plus.... lost another pound today. Plus.... I put on my pants that I put way back in the back of the closet because they were too tight and today they fit! Not too big but just fits so that's a good thing.

Exercised this morning. I feel great right now. I even look better. Can't put my finger on it but there is something different today. (Maybe its all my imagination ???)
