Your smoked meat always looķ so good, l wish we were next door to you so l could lean over your fence to smell how good it is.  

Heck Lucky, forget the smell, I want to live next door to Phil to get invited over for the bbq. And, Phil you do definitely bring to FS pages lively discussions and comments directed at you. Keep it up, makes for enjoyable repartee.  

I argue too much, Ginger Dog, I probably should just ignore comments that I let grate my nerves, and I often do, but not nearly enough. Unfortunately for me, if I take issue with anyone, I'm wrong, apparently, how fortunate for the many douchebags that post inaccurate information or make hollow boasts. Oh, well, I'm learning not to give a damn. :) 

I often have the ability to let comments slide by because I think that I am right most of the time. I guess I already have learned not to give a damn. :>) 

Yep, I'm getting there, Ginger Dog. I cut up about 100lbs of wood for the smoker this afternoon, I should snap a picture of my log pile.  

So how many pounds of wood do you use to smoke pork spare ribs? If you take a picture of the logs, will the nutritional information for wood come up?  

That should last me a while, I probably won't use more than a couple of good hunks the next time I burn. Not sure, lots of fiber in there, though.
