ive been doing alot of weight training lately and so i am not too worried about my increase in weight..all my measurements are down and i am pretty lean and solid...im training 6 days a week and have learnt to avoid the scale for the most part. keep it real kids

I have added weights to my workout as well and gained two pounds this last week. I am not sure if it's fat or muscle. I have a hard time with knowing if I am doing everything right and it makes me unsure if I am gaining muscle or just gaining weight, lol. Guess I should start measuring again. Hope your day is a good one!
