So far, so good. In two weeks I've lost 3 kgs, which is about average I guess. I'm finding that throughout the day it's easy to keep control however later on at night, I tend to get the munchies. I'm working around it by snacking on vegetables, and cutting up pineapple (which I love) and when in need of sugar eating a couple of dates. I hope to be 8 - 10kgs less by Christmas.
