Well, I realize that 8 pounds by Thanksgiving might be a stretch but I am still happy with my loss so far. I can and will do this. I want to hit "lifetime" this time. I was looking at my original weight watcher material from 2000. I weighed in at a whopping 172 pounds! I am five foot nothing and had no business being that size!!! So, yes this plan works and I managed to keep most of it off and once I started gaining I rejoined. (Although I never made lifetime before!) So it is my goal this time for sure. I love it when I am determined. Ha!

just keep up the good work, you're doing a wonderful job! I hear you on the height issue...I'm a shorty myself (taller than you by 1 inch though!) Everyone I know has some kind of goal to meet before Thanksgiving, including myself! but like you, i'm not sad that I didn't fully reach my goal yet. the weight is coming off and that's all I can ask for!
