114,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 46,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 0,8 kg a la Semana

Down about 30 lbs since the 1st of the year. About 100 more to go. My doctor said that once I hit what my body thought was my "normal weight", it would really want to stay there. Things have definitely slowed down but it is slowly coming off. I'm going on vacation in July to Mexico with lots of stairs so my goal is 240 which is only 12.6 lbs. to go. I make mini-goals so it doesn't seem so impossible. My knees are really bad and my doctor says they'll be much better when I lose some weight. I was walking around 8,000 steps a day but then something happened with one knee where it kept "popping." Very uncomfortable - even worse than pain. That is getting a little better but I've only been walking a few thousand steps a day. I started on Puritan's Pride "7 Day Formula Joint Soother" with Glucosomine, Chondroitin, MSM and Boswella Extract. Does anyone have any other suggested foods, supplements, etc. for inflammation? When the knee is really bad, it seems like there is a lot of inflammation because my skin feels very tight and the knee is very stiff. I feel like the Tin Man with joints that need to be oiled!
