Well I am still strong at it. I am still exercising 6 days a week and still eating less than my RDI. I feel good about it! I try not to get caught up on the scale although I want it to move and move downward. LOL but I know this is a process and I have to keep at it and be patient and in time this is going to pay off. Into the second month now and I still feel like I can do this, this is a "lifestyle change". Thank you Lord for giving me strength to keep it up!
