new battery in scales. have been eating like crazy out of comfort and no exercise. feel like utter shit. so glad to have new battery in scales. keeps me accountable weighing in every couple of days so that I don't gain. so onwards and upwards.

I understand comfort eating. It's hard to break that cycle. I'm the same. You'll get there, as I will. Don't stop trying. Small steps are ok
