Diario de rubytaylor, 26 abr. 17

Since I went to visit my nutritionist 3 weeks ago and was so proud of my accomplishments I haven't lost another pound. At least I am staying stable and eating healthy. I go back in a couple of weeks and will see what she has me do. I walk on the treadmill for half an hour at 3 mph except the days I work my full and part time job, which sometimes adds up to 16 hours of work.


Waiting for my husband to sign me up for the Y, his work pays for half our membership. I did Zumba, step aroebics and kickboxing during demo week. I enjoyed it much better working out with others than working out by myself. Also looking forward to the weather clearing up from all the rain so I can start walking on our trails.

As the days get warmer we are going out to eat more and I am trying to plan the day so I don't go over my carb and calorie intake. If the restaurant has a good salad menu then I get a salad with chicken breast, salmon or tuna otherwise I look for something low calorie or use our outing as my free day.
