Diario de healthy_living, 05 feb. 10

Back to my weight from last Saturday morning. I binged last weekend on girl scout cookies, chips and dip. The price I paid...took me a week to get it off! The good news is that I took it off. In the past I would of been mad at myself and probably eaten more. I am determined to lose this weight.
