Well no weight lose this week. Can't say I am not suprised. I ate healthy for the most part but on the other times the things I did eat were very unhealthy. I also have been feeling really hungry a couple of hours after dinner. I did go and buy some healthy snacks and small meals to eat in case this continues to happen. Protien bars, brown rice with grilled chicken, and slim fast drinks. Going to start another challange, it is going to be a mix of workouts and whatever people want to use. Just making sure they switch it up and keep each exercise to 20 minutes. Should be fun!
