Diario de I want to be healthy, 13 nov. 07

I'm entering my second week. The first week has given me inspiration to continue on the diet. I am finding it more difficult to stay on course regarding eating. Today I didn't eat anything until around 4:15 p.m. No breakfast, no snacks and no lunch. Sometimes I get so busy at work, that I find it hard to stop and eat. I feel like that is probably I gained so much weight. I packed a lunch and snacks, but didn't get around to it. I know that this will effect my weight loss negatively.

Think positive! You have them packed up, ... that's GREAT! Now, just give yourself 10 mins to get back there and have a bite... maybe just 1/2 of it, and then about 2 hours later, do it again... tell yourself that you ARE worth it and YOU DESERVE IT! You can DO IT! :)
