Well, first day of the rest of my life, as per the cliché.

I decided today to make the changes in my life that I need to become the man I want to be. It's a special day for a different reason too, which to me makes it all the more symbolic.

I poured all of my booze down the sink this morning, and didn't go and buy cigarettes. I'll be moving into a new place this month and I want to move in there with good habits, so that I can make a fresh start.

New job, new house and new lifestyle. That's the plan! And I've said it on the Internet now, and you can't just take that back. The Internet is serious business.

Today I had fruit for breakfast, low fat chicken fajitas for lunch, and a spicy salmon with egg noodles for dinner.
