I feel so good because I didn't cheat yesterday. I'm ready for a fresh day today.

That's probably a better feeling than the sugar rush I had after cheating on dark chocolate covered almonds yesterday.... Im hoping for a stronger day today. My cousin wants to do lunch out,,, please pray i make wise choices

at least it was dark chocolate and not milk chocolate! You will do good at lunch today, just pick out your food before you get there and stick with it. Then let me know how you did:)

MMMMMMmmmm Dark Chocolate Covered Almond's. That doesn't sound tooo bad... LoL... I wish I had some right now =) But good Luck on your lunch! Can you look up the menu online and see what they have for lunch then look up the calories?
