Didn't go down, didn't go up, so this is the week we really return to exercise. Have kept up the walking with the dog nightly for 30-45 min, but the "signal" is there to bring back the strength training and amp things up a little.
Going to start bringing in some less "heavy" fats this week as well. Will keep the protein up, some "lite" cheese and keep the veggies up.
Done pretty well with the water, although I didn't finish my entire gallon yesterday.
So there you go. Onward and downward. :)
