Morning exercise
Bike: 45 minutes, 14-15 mph, 10 miles, 7 resistance
Weights: 15 minutes

I love getting my workout done first thing in the morning!
I was up before seven, no effort of my own it was my 1 1/2 year old that woke me up. He is not feeling well:(
But I was able to get my workout done early and before breakfast.
Now I am drinking my coffee and catching up on fs.

Well done, Sarah girl. I think it's easier before everyone else gets to own your time, right? Hope the littlest one is better soon. Is that Cooper or Conner? I can't keep them straight.

Awesome!! WTG!! I love getting my workouts done early when I can! And good for you to continue to stay up even though you were woken up by your baby! I remember when I had my babies that small...I would just go back to bed even that early! LOL I got a taste of waking up early when I joined a running group. I thought I was crazy for waking up at 4:45 just to run 3 miles. But now...I love being up that early! LOL Have a great day!

That would be Cooper. Even when he is well he is up early.
