Diario de healthy_living, 03 feb. 10

Starting over again! I feel like a broken record. I feel more determined this time. I've got willpower and a friend that is doing it with me. I am stocking my kitchen with lots of options for when I feel like I need to eat. I've been doing the exercise for a while, but not watching what I am eating, so hopefully when I put the 2 together good things will happen :)

Hang in there HL! I'm in the same boat and am trying hard not to allow myself to hang on to a defeatist attitude. Will power and a friend are some pretty strong allies! Keep us posted on your successes so we can help you celebrate them (even the little ones)- I know there will be many!
