Starting over again! I feel like a broken record. I feel more determined this time. I've got willpower and a friend that is doing it with me. I am stocking my kitchen with lots of options for when I feel like I need to eat. I've been doing the exercise for a while, but not watching what I am eating, so hopefully when I put the 2 together good things will happen :)
