Happy Hump Day All My FS Friends,
#2 Zumba went great, I forgot how much I enjoyed it! Thank you everyone for your help in beating the "feeling sorry for myself blues"!I gave myself a swift kick in the a&& and said to myself "Self, get your butt moving, now!" It was not a whole lot of exercise, but it will do for now. :-)
I woke up this morning ready to go, a little late of a start, but a start none the less. I'm gonna try a 20 min zumba run to see how it goes. Will write more after my shower. Have a fabulous day! :-)
