Steady going to the gym. Haven't missed a day yet, and not planning to! Tonight I am taking my first class at the gym. It's a kettlebell class. This is going to be something completely knew for me! I've never lifted a kettlebell lol

WAHOOOO!!!! 1st congrats on not missing a day that's great!! 2nd I wish you lived near me cause I saw your post yesterday and I'm telling you you CAN do a cartwheel!!!! 3rd. KETTLEBELL's saweeeet!!! Tell the instructor you are new to classes and kb's in beginning. They will keep an eye on you because form is crucial with them. They are heavy, they are tough and they are an absolute blast. I can't wait to hear if you like them. OH another thing, no matter what try the class 3 times to really decide. Once you get a feel for a class you get more comfy and can really enjoy it!! Good luck, I'm super excited for you!!
