Diario de Negative_clash, 23 ene. 12

So I have changed by goal weight to something more realistic in the mean time before i work on the long term. I was well on my way to hitting my goal before but something happened and now the scale just doesn't want to move from 208-209. this is extremely frustrating. even with exercising and watching my portions i still get into these ruts. i know im not eating perfectly healthy but the truth im never going to. i dont want to deprive my body of food that i know i eventually will start eating again if i cut it out for a year. im not talking about massive amounts of junk food but simple things like potatoes and beef and pasta. im not going to become some vegan or tofu lover so why kid myself or my body into thinking that i will. in the mean time i enjoy the fact that i am not eating anywhere near as much as i used to. i cut out the french fries, soda, and candy from my diet. i even had a milky way bar rolling around in my purse for a week, i forgot it was in there and when i found it i just gave it away. that to me, considering my past with food, is major progress.

With you on this. I don't eliminate anything either. Found success in eating whatever the hell I want as long as I stay between 1500 and 2000 calories a day.
