Diario de rubytaylor, 28 mar. 17

March is coming to an end this week, which will be good for my diet. Too many march birthdays and cake is my downfall. I would rather have cake than pie, brownies or cookies. The last March celebration was last night with my son's 26th birthday. Now I can continue to get back into the groove of things especially with warm weather coming. I can get back into the groove of walking on our lovely river trails.

The weekends seem to be the hardest and I am having trouble getting 80 ounces of water down me a day. Seems like I'm drinking all day long and still not getting enough water down me. One thing that is a positive, I had a pop on Sunday and couldn't drink it(way to sweet and didn't taste good) since I have only been drinking mainly water for the last month and a half.

I go see my nutritionist tomorrow and even though I think she will be pleased with the results so far, she will be encouraging me to exercise which I haven't been doing with working a full time and a part time job seems I'm always too tired to exercise. I know I have to do it if I want to get off my high blood pressure medication. I just hope the foods I have been eating has shown good results with my cholesterol.
