nope only thing that slows me down are the hills ....and they definately make my upper thighs alittle sore doing hill routes 2 days in a row...

when its nice enough to ride outside..i ride at 430am...dark enough to see cars coming for a long distance...so stop signs dont exist when i ride...just shift an keep peddlin...
