When i exercise, i feel great afterwards and proud of myself. So i was wondering why do i hate it so much.

Perhaps its just a matter of getting into the habit. Keep it up. It will be worth it in the end. Good on you.

I know at first i didn't like exercising...once i got back into it...and you see what it is doing to your body..it is sooo worth it...keep it up...good luck

If you are like me, you probably hate the thought of exrcising more than doing it - its the whole idea of getting changed/getting to they gym/getting sweaty etc which puts me off! Onc you're actually leaping around - its not so bad! I find the best thing for me is doing it as soon as I get up in the morning - then its done and I can forget about it - also my energy levels are best at that time of day. If I plan to do it in the evening - I can guarantee that by the time evening rolls round, I have come up with a very good reason not to do it!! ;-) Good luck - you're doing brilliantly!
