I am not weighing everyday. I am a strict believer in only weighing in once a week (isn't that what WW recommends?). I think you see the results better that way. I am having to just enter the same weight everyday this week when I fill in one of my challenges. Makes my graph look strange. Sometimes I can't resist temptation to step on the scale when I've had a really good day, but I don't fully believe the number until my official weigh-in day. That's because it should be at the same time on the same day each week and in the same type of clothes. :)
