FOR ALL THE IRISH..HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY..goood mornin..for all the rest of you...HAPPY FRIDAY..lol..scales an seeing no loss..have been thinkin about this for quite some time..i know in my mind im putting on muscle..an that muscle weighs more then fat..would be nice to see a release from time to time in weight..but that just doesnt happen on a regular basis anymore..guess when that first 60 plus came off..i shouldnt have started riding my road bike..but i enjoy riding so much..an i have to admit..when it comes to pinching an inch..my legs are trim..up around my waist..still have an inch to pinch..up higher around my ribs..trim as can be..so between my ribs an my upper thighs is the region of flab now...

feeling better..rode yesterday mornnig for 40 minutes..about 10 miles..was tired when i got off bike..but was able to not take a nap for first time in several days..

was up at 330am again this morning..got chicken in crock already..it should be done by 7-8..then gotta clean the crock pot..put it away for a few days again..got errands to run today since i put em off cause of the colder days..actually 42 here this morning..and rain is on the way..but would gladly take the rain an warmer temps for a change..

well coffee latte is gone..was good as always..gonna stop at one today..actually woke up today for a change..mabye im adjusting to the change in time ..would be nice if i was on bike an had workout over with..but not ready to get on bike yet..

WELL...HAVE A GREAT FRIDAY..TGIF...IT FINALLY GOT HERE FOR EVERYONE THAT COUNTS DOWN THE DAYS TO THE WEEK...LOL...

Don't blame you. I just love riding my bike... but not too much on the roads nowadays. I've had one or two hits with buses and cars. Of course not my fault lol. But it won't put me off. Not at my age as I've been cycling since I was a toddler. Hubby even bought me an expensive spare set of wheels.. no not a car lol 🚲 Not the as same driving a car ... 🚴

in my best JAMES BROWN impersonation..I FEEL GOOD...just got off zwift ..did a 17.7 mile ride in 72 min..not even tired..feels go good to have my energy levels back...
