Diario de wannabhealthier, 16 mar. 17

ENERGY LEVEL NOT 100% YET...goood thursday mornin...feeling better..even rode on bike inside this morning on trainer..felt good..wasnt as long a ride as i would of liked..but least i got to ride again..did a 9.6 mile ride in 41 mine..did one yesterday after lunch..did a 10 mile ride in 43 min..energy level just isnt completely there yet..

todays plan gonna make more califlower bake..mmmmmm..can already taste it..it was good..get some rest..need to get out an do some errands today..

just now 5am...an 18 here..felt good to be up an on bike at 400am for a change..get a morning ride in an still have rest of day to ponder on things to do..

WELL COFFEE IS DONE..IM READY FOR A COFFEE LATTE..this day started out right with exercise an morning coffee....only way to start the day out ...
