FINALLY! Woke up this morning, another day off, lame. Got brave enough to hit the stationary bike for 15 minutes, just some short cardio. I used my freeweights to work my arms while I rode. Actually broke a sweat, and it feels amazing. Headed to the gym to attempt a 30 minute swim. Already a little tender in my surgical sites, so hopefully I will be ok.
