I have been wanting spaghetti and meatballs for a while now, sometimes zoodles just don't cut it. I didn't want to go off plan, so I researched several recipes. I opted for one that was 8 carbs and ate very sparingly during the day. It was a little more difficult then they made it seems, but looks real and the taste was very pasta-ish. Yeah! Between this and fathead dough I will make it.

I made the noodles from Almond flour and tapioca flour.
