I started INSANITY on January 4th. I actually started the fit test a week or so before that but did not feel like I could continue on with it. But I have been doing it. I am in my third week of doing it. Justin has been encouraging me to continue on with it. He told me if I continue with it he would like to start doing it with me once Lee is in daycare. I got my scale today! :) I am planing on weighing myself in the morning. I hope I have lost some weight. :)
Trying to keep my calorie intake between 1200-1500 daily. It hasn't been too easy for me to eat foods high in protein. Cottage Cheese has been great! I think I am going to focus on that and incorporating eggs into my diet daily.
This has been a whole life-style change and a big eye opener as far as how many calories I probably was consuming at times.
