Today's exercise
Yoga: 45 minutes
Walk away the pounds: 30 minutes/2 miles with weighted belt

I had to drop the 10 mile walking challange:(
I just don't have the time for biking, yoga, weights, and getting in 10 miles a week. I am going to do the watp on yoga days if I feel like it but stick to the 30 min.
Really sore from yesterdays yoga....guess that's good

So they say, Sarah, that soreness is good. I think I've come to hate yoga. There's so much I can't do because of all my injuries. I don't like the reminders. You're sure getting a lot of exercise in though.
