Ugh hello fat secret. I've been gone a while. Time to get back on track. I feel yucky. I've ordered two styles of Beach Body workouts and I'm excited to get started. Starting Monday I should have the other workout I've ordered. I plan on using Turbo Fire and Brazil Butt Lift. I did Turbo Fire for 1 month and enjoyed it. I did see results however, I slacked off with the eating. I wasn't following the meal plan. So my goal is to quit soda, drink more water, and follow the food guidelines. I also plan on incooperating the gym. Which, I've already started. I'm keeping track on my calender the days I go. I'm trying not to go crazy that way I don't get burnt out again which is what happened. But I'm going for sure. So here's to a new start.
