i haven't been following very well, but i'm not concerned. i mean, i allow myself treats, but try to eat well otherwise. I do have a friend out visiting from back home so i'm not gonna worry too much at this exact moment. When things get back on track, back into routine, i'll get my butt back on that scale and keep on. hope all are doing well :)
