I think at least half of this apparent gain is water weight after my weekend off from healthier eating, but who knows. I'll just take it in my stride and get back on the horse today. I can say that I am not feeling that great this morning. I guess all those carbs really didn't agree with me. My stomach is very upset this morning. Not able to face food yet. I rarely skip breakfast, but today I think it will be more like brunch unless my stomach settles down. No coffee for awhile either. I don't think I'll be missing muffins, ice cream or M & Ms for quite awhile lol. Hope everyone had a great week.
