Went to 9:00 am TWISTED class. HARD!! I should have eaten something before the class...got very dizzy 45 mins into class. Almost threw up. Rested for 5 mins and then finished the class. Brian said it is good to push myself. REALLY HARD.

It's good to push yourself, but if you feel dizzy and feel like vomiting, then your pushing yourself too much. You have to build up to exercise and push a little more each time till you build up the endurance.
