I have allowed myself to be distracted. Exercise plan is helping my general well being. Physical therapist has some good ideas. But I need to carefully record what I eat as well as exercise. A tendency to eat from boredom is hampering my weight loss.

I have made logging a part of my lifestyle. Every morning it's FS every night ends with FS. I now try to log ahead bc I like knowing my meals r already planned out. And that helps me to stay out of the snacking, I'm hungry, I'm bored binges. Black coffee helps to and a couple squares of 90 dark chocolate once in awhile. Green tea was great for me when I felt I needed to eat something but already had my daily cals but then I found matcha and started using that but now I'm out😳. I try to get everyone I know to log if they want to lose weight but 100% of the ppl say too busy for that.
