I'm a nanny for 3 kids and every other Friday their mom wants me to take them to McDonald's for lunch as a special treat. I was a little nervous that i would completely go off the wagon when i got there since i haven't looked at a fast food place since I started Atkins. I have to say i was pretty pleased with myself. I didn't even give the fries a second glance! I did splurge on a Big Mac though, but without the bun it only has 5 net carbs, Who knew lol! It filled me up and i got to enjoy a "special" treat too!
