I'm still not sure what I weigh and I think that's a good thing. When I weigh in at the center now they tell me if I'm up or down, but not by how much and not what the real number is. I like this! Because I know almost always if I'm up or down when I get there, so there's no surprise and no self-hated because I've failed. I face away from the scale instead of having that number glare back at me. My counselor suggested this and it works for me!
