Morning exercise
Bike: 20 minutes, 14-15 pmh, resistance 7, 4.5 miles
Weights: 10 minutes, 3 reps, 10 each rep
Walk away the pounds: 30 minutes, 2 miles


I did not get to do my yoga last night. We took a friend out for his birthday and I did really well with the meal just blew it on the chocolate cheesecake.
Lucky for me my husband and kids split it with me.
It was 60 degrees out yesterday and than I woke up this morning to snow on the ground!!
Crazy, but I guess I need to get out to the sun room and start heating it up for my workouts. Hope everyone has a great day.
