Did well for Valentines day, no indulgences. Went to doctor, he's pleased with my efforts and weight loss (its 5 lbs for this site, but 8 lbs since I last saw him). Looking forward to my blood results, I think the keto thing is helping, at least my daily numbers look lower. :-)
